We used to hope this resort would get things right, and we even recommended it to friends. I still hope it finds its way, but the gap between what was promised at the start and the situation now deserves its own discussion. The way things began well and then spread into problems has affected us residents and the struggles we've had along the way. The latest issue is the lift card and the reception staff's attitude. Instead of helping our guests on their first trip upstairs, staff expect absent owners to hand over the lift card in person. We gave up trying to understand the logic, like with so many promises. The second star is for Hilal Hanım, who works hard to reach customers despite being busy and to fix mistakes and shortcomings. Some of the positive behavior at reception has changed since new staff arrived. One person seems to be trying to get out of work by acting clever, and has pulled the others into the same drama, including the good ones.
