Osman Aga Kultur House

We stayed at Osman Aga for three nights and wished we could have stayed longer. The food was excellent, but the family-like welcome from Osman and the caring service stood out even more. The paradise garden is beautiful, and the place feels like a home, not just a hotel. The small gym and relaxing yoga classes made our stay even more peaceful and rejuvenating.

Osman Ağa Kültür Evi made a wonderful first impression. It brings together history, culture, and the rich food heritage of Turkish Cyprus. We came for the Cypriot Supreme Breakfast, with its generous spread of fresh breads and pastries, homemade jams, honey, butter, and a great selection of cheeses. Everything was served with care. It felt like a celebration of food and time, not just a meal. Families and children seem especially welcome. On Saturday there was entertainment for kids, a dedicated playground, and lots of open space to run, play, and explore. It’s unusual to find somewhere that makes both adults and children feel so welcome and inspired. There are regular workshops in things like clay sculpting, painting, decorating eco-bags, and other crafts. You can also browse a carefully chosen collection of antique treasures, each with its own story and character. If you’d like to stay, there’s a charming mini-hotel on site with just four rooms, each thoughtfully furnished with antiques. It feels intimate, timeless, and full of character. Time slows down here, and the moments feel meaningful. You just want to stay, breathe, and be. We wholeheartedly recommend a visit if you’re ever in Northern Cyprus. Osman Ağa Kültür Evi lingers in your heart and gently draws you back.

A lovely old Cyprus farmhouse with a great feel, suited to weddings and other events. The food and service were fabulous, and the owners were friendly and very helpful. There’s a small guest house, plus a botanical garden for events. For colder weather, the enclosed space feels like a cozy greenhouse.

We celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary here with relatives from five different countries and our 20-month-old son. Everyone enjoyed the fixed menu, with a wide selection of meze, grilled meat mains, and dessert. The food was delicious, and we all liked the three Turkish wines we tried. The atmosphere is lovely, with a botanical garden next to the restaurant and a traditional, rural feel both inside and out. We happened to be staying in a villa within walking distance, but we found the restaurant while searching among places within driving range. It’s worth the trip even if you have to drive more than 30 minutes. An awesome restaurant, highly recommended!
