It's an okay place, though the location depends on what you're looking for. The road is busy, and the parking can be a problem, especially in summer. There are also lots of places to go out on the other side of the main road.

You can get to the market and beach easily from this clean, comfortable residence. The staff were friendly, and I'd recommend staying here.

It's a beautiful, good place, but things there seem very inconsistent. When you have a problem, reception barely responds and acts like it's nothing to do with them. They're so laid back about it, and they're rude too.

The poolside looks nice, but there were workers and handymen around doing jobs and making a lot of noise. What bothered us most was the staff, especially the guys in black shirts. They were very rude, never smiled, and seemed to know no basic English. It's the 21st century, so they should be able to speak more than one language. There are loads of strict rules, yet the entry fee is really expensive and you don't get anything for it. Pera Mackenzie costs a lot too, but the service there is excellent. They need to learn more about hospitality.
