We never got one of the three things we ordered, and another arrived without half the ingredients listed on the menu. The waiter and chef seemed unsure what was going on. Nobody checked in during the meal, so they missed the chance to fix either problem.

The location worked really well for us, just about 200 m from the start of the cross-country trails, and the road-facing room was completely quiet at night. I’m surprised the hotel’s average rating isn’t higher, because we were very satisfied. Our double room was large, with new furniture and a lovely, warm bathroom with a big tub for two. Breakfast had plenty to choose from and the selection kept changing. We enjoyed dinner too, soup and a main course. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

After a tiring day on the cross-country trail, it was great to relax in the pool. The hotel is close to the trails, and the food was good, with an excellent breakfast. The service was cheerful and helpful. I’d recommend it.
