A lovely peaceful spot in the Jeseníky Mountains. We were happy with everything. Nothing else to say, come and see for yourself 👍💚⭐⭐⭐⭐

The surroundings deserve the one star. Once inside, the staff were appalling. Nobody warned us that a warm bottled beer would cost 30 CZK. The main room light had a 3 W energy-saving bulb, and some strange people were wandering around in the evening. The food was extremely poor, like a very bad canteen. Breakfast was unbelievable: an egg, sausage and jam, as if they had no idea what breakfast should be. Such a shame, since it wouldn't take much to make the stay pleasant. There is a pool table, which I think is free, but the cue didn't even have chalk (see photo).

The guesthouse is easy to reach, and the road outside didn't bother us. Our rooms were really more like large, new apartments. We paid extra for breakfast and thought it was great for the price.

The Jeseníky Mountains around the guesthouse are beautiful, but the building and its equipment are old. That alone wouldn't have bothered me if cleanliness had been taken seriously. There were big cobwebs in the room, kitchenette and bathroom, which made it seem like little cleaning was done. The kitchenette was cramped, dirty and poorly equipped. What finally made us leave early was the bathroom: a dirty floor, mold, cobwebs, and a shower stall caked with old dirt, mold and dust. I can accept a lot when the price is reasonable, but basic cleanliness matters.
