The location is superb, with a fantastic view of the countryside and mountains, and everything was clean, including our room. The hostess spoke good English, which helped since our Czech is very rudimentary. But the welcome felt cold. Although the restaurant was empty, we were told to sit at a corner table facing the wall. Our room was bare, with white walls and no pictures or mirror, just a laminated sheet listing house rules. The bed was hard as nails, the duvet scratchy, and we had one thin-ish pillow and a tiny hand towel. The shower water was thankfully hot, but breakfast was underwhelming and the choice was limited. After paying 126 euros, I felt ripped off. We wanted a comfortable stay and warm hospitality, and this wasn't it. It was a real disappointment, unlike anywhere else we've experienced while traveling in this beautiful country. We won't recommend it to anyone looking for warm Czech hospitality.

The meals were amazing, so tasty, and the service was perfect. The owners are very nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable, even if they aren't new.

The rooms aren't anything special, but the terrace view is why you'd come here. The restaurant view is awesome, the food is great, and the staff are quick. I liked those two girls. Greetings from room number 9. P.s. slivovitsa pleas. :)

The rooms and facilities in the house are below standard. The staff are kind and helpful, though, and the location has scenic views. The restaurant is good and the prices are good too.
