The floors were dusty, and the doormat was filthy with dog hair. We also kept slipping because the floor hadn't been gritted. The apartment was dampened further by the cooking facilities, and the towels and bed linen didn't look fresh; the sheets were quite worn too. For four people staying a week, there was just one roll of toilet paper. An acquaintance who rented another apartment there felt the same. We won't book this place again. Simply awful.

We arrived yesterday and were disappointed. The host's photos made it look like there'd be two bedrooms for four people, but there aren't. The place is extremely basic, and it feels like corners were cut. The kitchen is barely equipped, without even a simple coffee maker, and the oven and stove combination is completely unsuitable. Towels were small and old, and there was one toilet roll for four people for the whole week. Basic amenities are fine, but the listing should be clear about them. We've stayed in Benecko several times, and this accommodation has left us with a negative impression. We can't recommend these apartments.

The roadworks across the Benecko area were a nuisance, and we won't stay here again. Our ground-floor unit was an apartment, not a villa with upstairs accommodation. It was clean and well kept, but had a terrible sewage smell. Everything we brought home smelled of it, so we had to wash all our things. The apartment was also very damp.
