For 1200 a night, I’d expect better. The owner was quite cool once he finally noticed, after about 15 minutes, that he had guests, and that was the only plus. The building looks awful, as if it was made just to look good in photos. Up close, there are cracked walls, and the nice-looking carpet seems mainly to cover an uneven floor. Some of the windows only work, and the otherwise decent bathtub had such low water pressure that no water came out at all for about an hour. A lot of that might be forgivable at a reasonable price, but you can definitely find somewhere better for 1200 per night.

The stay suits people who don't need much. It had a homely feel, with relaxed staff and an easygoing owner. The food was excellent, breakfast was generous, and prices were good. The whole stay runs on trust between the owner and the customer. 🙂
