The bed I was given wasn't comfortable, and the dining room got crowded and difficult to get around during busy hours. The wellness pool also felt a bit small when several people were in it. There was plenty for kids to do, and lots of activities in the area. The food was good, parking was convenient, and the wellness centre was awesome. I also liked the range of saunas.

A handy spot for skiing, with easy access to the slopes.

The pool is heated with a coal burner, and the smoke went straight into our room when we opened the windows at night. It was very warm during our stay and there was no air conditioning, so we wanted the windows open. By the end of the night I felt sick and couldn't sleep because of the smell. I had booked two massages, but the therapist never showed up. The hotel refunded us for those. We left a night early because I couldn't stand the smell in the room.

The wellness facilities were amazing for the whole family, and dinner was good, with a fine breakfast too. We had an issue because our original room hadn't been cleaned thoroughly, but the staff handled it well and upgraded us. We liked the new room, though some appliances, like the kettle, could use an upgrade.

The spa is small, but good quality and reasonably priced. Rooms are a good size and clean, and the food is great and very cheap. There’s a big children's park in summer, while in winter there’s a ski slope with artificial snow if needed.
