The forest setting made for a really peaceful stay, and we enjoyed the spa, the generous breakfast, and the delicious food at the restaurant. Parking was easy, with plenty of spaces close to the accommodation. Staff were a mixed bag: some were warm and helpful, while others seemed indifferent or not very helpful. I was disappointed before we even arrived. We booked in January, and I’d specifically asked for Room 13D for a special occasion with my husband, based on recommendations. The night before our stay, I got a call saying it wasn’t available because of a “technical issue.” At check-in, the receptionist acknowledged that the room had actually been overbooked. I’d been really looking forward to it, so that was a poor start. A couple of things could be easier for international guests. English translations on the signs, including around breakfast and in the restaurant, would help. We only found out later that an English menu was available, and having it directly below the Czech text on the main menu would be simpler. Booking spa treatments and saunas could also be improved with a straightforward app or online system. I’d have happily rated the hotel five stars without the room mix-up. We still enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back.

The room was clean and nice, and the staff were really friendly and polite. Breakfast and the restaurant were good too. The pool, gym, and spa center are nice, and everything is included except massages, which you have to book once you’re there. It’s adults-only, so it’s a great spot for a romantic getaway. Definitely recommend it.

The room was warm and clean, though on the small side, and the place itself is beautiful. The spa was nice too, but the steam and shower smelled awful, literally like sewage. That really ruined the experience when I was trying to relax and enjoy it. Reception and wellness staff could be friendlier, and the woman in the restaurant really needs proper training. Customers shouldn’t be ignored.

The scenery was breathtaking, and the restaurant served delicious food with impeccable service. We came for a two-night honeymoon, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The spa facilities were excellent too. The six-hour trip was absolutely worth it. We’ll definitely come again.

The resort has lots of potential and sits in a wonderful, well-known location. The rooms are cosy and new, and the service is high quality. The one issue was workers drilling all day during our stay. The resort was due to close in three days, so better planning would have helped. Still, I can recommend the place.
