Hotel Bitov

The staff were friendly and took care of everything we needed during the week. We were there for a private event, and the hotel was comfortable, though quite dated. Our room had plenty of storage, was spacious, and had the toilet separate from the shower. The bed was reasonably comfortable, but might feel too firm for some. There was no shower curtain in my room, so I had to get used to keeping water from going everywhere. The lift works, but it’s tiny, so large amounts of luggage or several people may need more than one trip. There’s a lobby and restaurant on the ground floor. The restaurant was decent, with a fair selection of drinks. The hotel grounds looked nice, but the weather kept us from enjoying much of them. It’s a quiet hotel in a charming little town, well off the beaten path in a lovely, lesser-known area. With a few updates, it could be a nice place to stay in the future.

This hotel was awful. My friend found a hair in their food, the quality was poor, and the rooms weren’t even clean. Horrible.

The staff were friendly, breakfast was good, and my room was clean and cosy. The only problem was the showerhead: it was so low that I couldn’t fit under it.

The rooms were clean, the food was good, and the staff were kind.
