10/10
The room had a lovely, almost fairy-tale feel, with romantic touches that made it easy to settle in. When I arrived late, after a few little travel mishaps, someone patiently talked me through everything over the phone. That calm, helpful voice was a real comfort. In the morning, the barista corner was well cared for, and the smell of freshly ground coffee was wonderful. The staff were warm and friendly, and the cappuccino they made was a lovely start to the day. Hotel Heavenstay left me with a happy memory. I’d gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a home away from home.

A pleasant place to stay, with a good location and a clean, attractive feel. Breakfast was quite good too, and I thought it was good value for the money.

The price felt fair for what we got, but breakfast was a letdown. The bread they served was especially stale.

It had a comfortable, homely feel, but the cleaning service was terrible.

Modern hotel, with service that was super and a top restaurant. Four stars.
