A quiet, nice place.

The sauna area and swimming pool were included in the room price, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We were also impressed by how clean and cozy the guesthouse in the tower was, and by the staff's warm attitude. The receptionist was always kind and ready to help. Breakfast was a lovely start to the day too, thanks to the communicative, smiling woman from the kitchen who prepared it. It was pleasant and original accommodation, and we'll be happy to come back. I definitely recommend it! 🏰✨

The rooms were lovely, clean, quiet, and excellent, and the location worked well for our trip. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's a place we should visit again on our next trip.

I've been going to Bohumín for a few Fridays now. I always look forward to the trip, then end up going home disgusted. They say it should be quiet after 10 pm, but after midnight I've been woken by voices in the hallway and banging on the wall. With the window closed, you can't hear the outside noise at night. The room had something dead on the wall, chewing gum scattered under the seat, and a glass with white powder between the couch seats. I'd be afraid to share that room with a child. There's no towel rack by the sink or doormat by the door for wiping dirty shoes. A coffee machine at reception would be useful too. One nice thing is that you can buy some nice magnets. Pool entry is restricted, and breakfast has got cheaper and less generous over time. Now you get two out of three sausages, and almost rotten salami on a plate, with staff who aren't very pleasant. At the aqua park, they could offer slippers at the entrance for a fee. You walk over cold, dirty ground, and having only two changing rooms seems very inadequate. I hope things improve over time, but if they get even worse, I'll look for somewhere else to stay.
