At 9 pm we were desperate for somewhere to stay, and this place quoted us 70 euros for a double room with its own bathroom. It felt expensive for a motel, but with my back in crisis we accepted. In Romania, that sort of price gets you a three-star hotel in a tourist resort. Parking was free on a street about 200 metres away, as the owner pointed out, but the room was a disaster: tiny, no air conditioning or insect screens, a mediocre toilet and shower, and just two body towels with none for the face. Am I meant to dry my face with the towel I've used on my bottom? The owners have no business in this line of work. Never again. I hope anyone looking for a decent place to sleep passes this one by. I also got no receipt for the amount they charged, and will complain to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (CTIA) / Česká obchodní inspekce / The Czech Exchange Inspection Authority. Be careful where you stay!

The room conditions were terrible, with vermin crawling around. The photos in the ad look like photomontages. Is the place ever checked for technical and sanitary conditions? If I find more, I'll add it.

For the price, it does what you'd expect. The room had a kettle, fridge, microwave, wardrobe, cups and a mirror, and there was a parking spot for the car. It's old, but clean and tidy. The downsides were the shared shower and toilet, and no TV at all.
