We’d been regular guests for more than two years, and the rooms have always been very clean and in good condition. But this weekend’s breakfast and service were a real letdown. Yesterday there were no baked rolls, and we were told they counted one per guest. Today it was only cold toast and over-brewed coffee, with no sandwich toaster because a group was there. Room service never came, so we ran out of paper for two days. You shouldn’t have to ask the service desk for things like that. Breakfast is included, so having this happen over the weekend is a shame. When they asked if everything was okay and I said no, all I got was a smile. Sorry Albellus, that was our last stay. The Wi-Fi is just as slow to respond as the entrance gate.

The rooms are nice and clean, and the mattresses are comfortable. For a reasonable price, it felt luxurious. The balcony has a decent view, especially at night. I’d recommend it.

The beds are nice, and the Wi-Fi is good, around 20mbps. The church tower bell is annoying, ringing at random even at night. On a hot summer day, bring something to keep cool, because it gets too hot to sleep. Getting in by bus is very difficult. Still, I’d recommend it.

It’s a basic standard hotel, with a welcoming reception, large rooms, and new, fresh bathrooms. Tennis courts are available. Keep in mind that breakfast is the only meal offered, though there are plenty of pubs (hospoda) nearby and a steak house with Plzen on tap ;)

It was clean, warm, and quiet, which made it good for a quick visit to BRNO. The hotel is a 30-minute walk from BRNO city center. Wi-Fi wasn’t great, but it worked.
