OREA Hotel Voro Brno

I find this hotel good value for business trips, especially when so many places charge too much just for an overnight stay. Prices are affordable, breakfast is nicely presented, and the location is very good. The staff are service-minded, the beds are fantastic, and the Wi-Fi works perfectly. The rooms could use an update, and on very hot summer days I missed having air conditioning. I can strongly recommend it.

Everything was clean, and the rooms were very comfortable. The staff were friendly, and the hotel was accommodating for kids, with a playroom, as well as dog-friendly. I really enjoy staying here.

It was a very unpleasant stay. The staff seemed too young, or maybe they just didn’t know how to communicate with visitors from another country. I couldn’t even get a second room key. Is activating another card really so difficult? After the trip I stopped at the bathroom to freshen up and found a broken sink. Water was spilling over the edges. Maybe that’s just how things work here, I thought, and it would clean itself.

The bed was comfortable and breakfast was okay, but the hotel felt very middle of the road. We stayed three nights for business, and there were several issues in our room: the windows wouldn't shut properly, the shower head leaked, and some small curly hairs were stuck to the shower wall. They need to inspect the rooms more carefully and fix these problems.
