We came across this pension while passing through the Czech Republic, and it turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. The place is cozy and really clean, and the owner who greeted us was lovely and friendly. Breakfast was very good as well. There’s also a nearby restaurant called Richards, with amazing food and great beer from its own brewery. A really nice stay. I’d recommend it!

A lovely little guest house on a quiet street. My SatNav went wrong when I arrived late, but one phone call to the owners cleared it up. I was only one street away. The owner, her daughter, and granddaughter greeted me, and I was in my room a few minutes later. I’m a disabled pensioner and have trouble with stairs. My room was up a very awkward spiral staircase, so once I got upstairs I didn’t try to go back out looking for a bar. The room had free WiFi and a very small TV, about the size of a laptop screen, with few channels. Breakfast is served in a tiny kitchen downstairs, though I didn’t try it. The owners were very welcoming and friendly. I had a bad stomach bug overnight and soiled the bedding. I paid extra when settling up, and thought 20% was fair. I’d recommend this place for solo travellers, friends, or couples, perhaps less so for families. I’m not sure I’d be welcome if I returned after the bedding incident, as it can’t have made a good impression.

The check-in was late, but they accommodated it, and breakfast was nice. The room was good, and it’s one of the closest places to stay near the brno race track. Great service. Loved it.
