Penzion Integrity

Getting around was easy: the location is excellent, just seven stops from the main train station on Tram 1. Service seemed fine, though breakfast could use more continental options. The room itself wasn’t great and had a small TV. The worst part was a neighbor knocking to complain that my phone conversation was bothering him. I wonder whether the rooms are poorly insulated.

The staff were the standout for me. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful, so much so that I’d give them six out of five. The rooms were tidy, with clean bedding. The location suited us too, even though it’s about ten minutes from the city centre.

The rooms were lovely, if a bit small, and reception and the rest of the staff were excellent. Breakfast was small but adequate. It’s on the edge of Brno centre, with easy access to town by train or bus; I also managed the 30-minute walk comfortably. The street is busy, so it’s handy to use their parking spots. You only pay overnight, and can leave the car there during the day while using public transport.

We had a pleasant stay and would recommend it for a short visit. The hotel was clean and easy to reach, with parking spaces across the street. Our bathroom was clean and roomy enough. The courtyard view included a smoking area, but we didn’t notice any smell.
