I can't recommend the 12m2 room based on our stay, and for the price it wasn't worth it. The owner doesn't speak English, and the room we'd booked was changed from 16m2 to 12m2, though the difference was refunded. It faces the street, so traffic could make it noisy, but it was fine for us. The blinds stayed down because their cords were broken. There was mold on the street-facing side and damp near the floor on the other side, possibly from the laundry room next door. The towel dryer in the bathroom didn't work. There was no room service, which was an issue when we got only one roll of toilet paper for a four-day booking. The pension is in a quiet area, about 30 minutes from the city center by public transport, with bus stops a four-minute walk away. Maybe the other rooms are fine, but I can't recommend this 12m2 one.

We ended up spending very little time in the room, only coming back to sleep, so it felt like a waste of money. This wasn't even the cheapest room, and I can hardly imagine what the cheapest one is like. The whole place smelled of cigarettes. Our first room had such a strong smell it gave us both a headache quickly. Its windows were broken, and the blinds couldn't be opened, leaving it permanently dim. Reception moved us to an identical room above it. That one had working windows and didn't stink, which was a relief. The room was cramped, with just enough space for a double bed, some wardrobes, and a tiny, useless desk. There were two glasses but nothing to put in them, no tea and no kettle. We paid extra for a “spa bath,” which was just a bathtub with water jets. When we filled it and switched the jets on, a lot of dirt and even dead insects came out (see attached photo). We were so disgusted that we didn't use the jets again during our stay. On the second day, room service brought towels with brown stains. The hand soap was already half empty and obviously watered down. There was also something on the wall that looked like a thermostat, but seemed to be just for decoration. It would've been useful on hot evenings. Avoid this place especially if you can't stand cigarette smell, because you can never really escape it.

I'm very disappointed. We booked three rooms for three cars because the description said parking was available, but none of us could park there. We had to find another hotel without even seeing the rooms. We called, but nobody there spoke English. I emailed to ask for a refund and got a reply a few days later saying that “parking available” didn't mean I could use it. We had paid in advance, and despite never entering the pension, I lost the whole amount. Not recommended. Don't go there!

The bed was nice, big, and comfortable, and everything was clean. But we expected more for what we paid: the room was small, the TV didn't work, and there was no water at the sink. We were also charged 100kč more than expected for some reason. They don't speak English, so it was hard to understand what the lady was saying, and we just paid and left.
