We've been staying in these apartments for eight years and my family and I are fully satisfied. The owner is helpful and takes good care of the place, with some “renovation” visible every year. It's peaceful, and there's a large grassy area for all sorts of activities. A great fit for families with children.

The cottage was nice and clean, and we really enjoyed staying there. You can hear everything from the neighboring cottage, which is the only thing we'd complain about. If people are considerate and tolerant, though, it's okay.

The beach they advertise as 50 m away is private and isn't for visitors to the Jestřábí complex. The nearest beach is 600 m away. Inside, everything was old and dirty, and the refrigerator didn't work. The cottages are cold, with no heating apart from a stove, and wood is only available if you ask the owners. You can hear everything, even a neighbor climbing the stairs in the next cottage. It's completely unsuitable for a holiday with children. We left after two days, although we'd paid for a week.

For the price, this was a pleasant stay and I'd give it a thumbs up. It wasn't especially luxurious, but that was what I expected at this price.

We'd recommend it to everyone. The apartment was clean, we didn't lack anything, and the location was great. It was close to everything while still being quiet.
