The owners communicated really well and went out of their way to help us. Everything was clean and tidy, and we were very satisfied with the accommodation for our business trip. The beds felt a bit hard, but that's a matter of personal preference. The place is on a busy street, which may be useful to know.

The owners were pleasant and helpful, and there's parking in a secured yard. The rooms are new, clean, and cozy, with the whole place feeling nice. It's on the outskirts of České Budějovice by the road, though traffic wasn't especially busy in the evening. A bus stop 100 meters away takes you into the center. For the nightly price, this feels like luxury near the center. I highly recommend it.

The owners are super nice, and the whole guesthouse smells wonderful. It's very clean and tidy, with a kitchen, fridge, TV, and Wi-Fi in the room. Excellent value for money. We'd recommend it if you're on your way to Austria or Italy...
