The restaurant staff were friendly, and the buffet breakfast was free, tasty, and refreshing. At $150 including parking, it was fairly priced for a pension right in the center of Český Krumlov. The rooms were nice and clean, and staying here was a good choice.

The pizzas were greasy and undercooked, though I'd give the food three stars. The service was unacceptable. We waited over 45 minutes for five basic pizzas while more than five tables, including tables that ordered pizza, got their food before us. Once staff realized they'd forgotten our order, they avoided talking to us. Don't go here if you expect to get the food you paid for.

We came in just as the waiter began shouting at a woman who'd complained about the service, which wasn't a great welcome. We were only there for breakfast, and it was quite good. The waiter was okay by the end.

The owners were fun and very helpful, and the breakfast was a real feast. We got a great deal and stayed three days in a large, clean, attractive room.

Disgusting, greasy pizzas, and the homemade lemonades were far too sweet. For those prices, go eat somewhere else. When I tried to return my order, the staff were angry and unpleasant. A horrible experience, never again. Zero stars if I could.
