We came from Prague to spend a few days relaxing, and this restaurant ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. The owner was a welcoming, nice gentleman, and the local feel made us comfortable. We liked the food and service so much that we went back a second time. The portions were generous, prices were fair, and I was surprised by how inexpensive the bill was compared with Prague. If we return, we’ll definitely stop in again.

I really enjoyed the meal. The food was delicious, the place felt cosy and welcoming, and the staff were friendly. Prices seemed fair for the quality. One of the good restaurants in town, recommended!

The meal was decent, and the spot is tucked away from the busy tourist areas, so dining there felt peaceful. But the service was disappointing. As a Latino, I felt ignored: I was asking the questions, yet the owner and waiter directed their replies to my white husband. That may not bother everyone, but people who care about respect and inclusivity should know about it. If that matters to you, another dining option may be worth considering.

Good food at nice prices in a traditional Czech pub.

Fantastic beer, and I’ll always remember the waiter. He was a good guy and remembered most of our orders. He apologized for the ones he forgot, though we didn’t mind at all. Thanks!
