The receptionist was so welcoming and pleasant, and I was very happy with this hotel. It’s quiet even though it’s on the Main Street, and the location is superb, about 30 m below the castle. The room was clean and simply furnished, with traditional real wood furniture and real wood floors. I recommend the breakfast buffet for ck 190. It was filling, with a variety of fresh items and a good cup of coffee. I’ll keep coming back!

They said they couldn’t find our reservation, leaving us out in the rain with nowhere to stay. I’d never recommend this place to anyone!

It took us under 10 minutes to find reception and get fully checked in. The room was well ventilated, the beds were comfortable, and the view was very nice. Great location and quick, easy service. No problems.

The room was clean and warm, and the location was great, but the pillow was awful, barely more than feathers. We checked out a day early because we didn’t sleep well. We also called before arriving to ask about parking and were told yes, but when we got there we found it was only for one hour. We then had to drive right back out to find a proper overnight car park. A clearer explanation on the phone would have saved an unnecessary drive through those narrow streets and a lot of wasted time.
