The location is quiet but still close to nearby attractions, and free bikes are available. Parking costs extra and is close to the hotel. We had a nice room, pleasant service at reception and in the restaurant, and a very nice breakfast. I enjoyed the sauna, and the kids loved the pool. The pizza at the restaurant wasn't good.
The spa and wellness area were beautiful, and I'd recommend the massage too. Our room was nice and modern, and the breakfast buffet was fine, even with sparkling wine. The dinner menu was average and didn't live up to what we expected from a four-star hotel.
The room was large, and the food was great and tasty, but the hotel isn't in the center. It looked much bigger in the photos than it was in person. The massage was the worst and wasn't worth the money. Cleaning didn't seem to be done very well.
Good for families, with clean, comfortable rooms and a consistently good breakfast. It's on the edge of Harrachov but still within walking distance of the ski lift. The restaurant was hit and miss, terrible in August 2014 but excellent in February 2015.
The wellness area and restaurant were very nice, and the hotel is in a quiet spot within walking distance of the town center. Parking spaces for guests are quite insufficient. The bathroom space and the quality of its equipment also aren't very good for a four-star place. Don't bother calling reception: after 7-10 attempts, there's still no answer. They only respond to emails.
