The location is ideal, close to the waterfall, and we slept really well in the quiet apartment. There's a balcony and terrace, and you can hear a gentle murmur drifting through the day, which is lovely to fall asleep to. The place is tasteful, the kitchen is equipped, and I appreciated the soft bathroom lighting for relaxing. The owner was in touch, and another lady handed over the keys in person and explained everything. Parking in front of the house was included. I took a point off because the cleaning could have been better and the terrace needs care. It seemed dilapidated, which is a real shame. We didn't make an issue of it, as that sort of thing doesn't matter much to me when I'm out exploring nature. I'll definitely recommend the accommodation. Thank you.

I can't recommend this accommodation. Because of the COVID situation and the Czech Republic being a risk area, I couldn't travel and had to cancel my booking. The provider showed no willingness to compromise and insisted on the full cancellation fee without comment. A partial refund would have made sense for both sides. This approach is likely to put off future guests, especially since there are other places to stay in Harrachov.
