We were the only guests at the hotel, but they looked after us really well. Great service and a great location. We’ll definitely return during ski season.

The location is the one positive. My first evening, there was no hot water, and we were told that this could happen. The rooms haven’t been renovated, and the bathroom was very uncomfortable. Drinks at the bar cost as much as at a 4-star hotel, though this place is worse than some 2-star hostels. The half-board meal wasn’t particularly good: breakfast was okay, but dinner wasn’t. The food and the hotel service and staff didn’t feel up to 3-star standards. A very unpleasant surprise, and I wouldn’t recommend it for the price.

A friendly team and a great hotel, close to the mountain. The location is perfect.

The food is average. We were charged the equivalent of 390 PLN for meals that should have cost 280 CZK because the restaurant charges a high fee for payment in another currency. Avoid it.

There are good places to eat nearby, since the restaurant isn’t the best. The bedrooms are good and the location is perfect, but breakfast could be better.
