hotel Rýdl

The staff were lovely and always ready to help.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center and climbing park. My room was clean and comfortable, and the price felt fair for what we got, so I’m giving it four stars. Breakfast had a good enough selection, and they refilled things promptly when they ran out. Dinner came with three dishes to choose from each night, and the food was tasty, but there was nothing for vegans or vegetarians. Soup was always served as a starter, and the salad bar was available around the clock. A few of the waiters could have been friendlier. Reception’s tourist information wasn’t very helpful. I was given a city map, but no detailed explanations.

The food was good. The room was very nice, although it really needs a new mattress. And when the weather’s bad, you can’t spend time in the house, because the common room is locked after meals.

I only stopped for lunch, so I can’t say anything about the rooms or service. The hotel is in a good location, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. My food was delicious, came very quickly, and the portion was generous.
