The garden was a real standout for me, peaceful and clean, with motion-sensor lights, nice paving, and a wonderful mix of plants and trees around the pension. My girlfriend and I spent three nights at Arabela. The owner welcomed us warmly and came across as very trustworthy, then shared tips for restaurants and things to do in Harracov. Breakfast was included, simple and tasty, with plenty of variety to start the day. Our clean room was thoughtfully decorated and had a good-sized bathroom and a mini fridge.

Norbert and Kasia were so welcoming and helpful. They picked us up at the train station and gave us lots of information about Harrachov, skiing, restaurants and other things to do. Our upstairs room for two was spacious, very clean, and had a nice view. They were there if we had questions, while still giving us plenty of privacy. There's a small shared living area for breakfast or games, with a cooking plate and fridge, and you can ask Kasia and Norbert for cooking utensils. They speak many languages, and we also enjoyed using the sauna. The pension is a 15-minute walk from the centre of Harrachov, with restaurants and ski rentals there. It's close to forest and mountain paths too, and within walking distance of the ski slopes. We had a great stay at Penzion Arabela, found the accommodation comfortable, and highly recommend it.

The guesthouse is a great base for trips and activities in both summer and winter, and we especially want to mention its location. The owners are friendly, dedicated, and look after guests with great care. Everything was very clean, and the breakfast buffet had something for everyone. We really enjoyed our stay, and we'll definitely come back. We recommend the Arabela guesthouse to everyone.
