Hostel Kořenov

It was clean, and I had everything I needed. The rooms could use renovation. Of the two bathrooms, only one has a sink with soap.

For cross-country skiing, the location is excellent: the starting point is right outside, so there’s no need for extra transport. Bed and breakfast is competitively priced if you’re looking for a low-cost option. The rooms are clean and warm, though small, with a slight damp smell. The building seems past its best, and the walls don’t block sound. Towels and linens are provided, which is a big plus. There’s one bathroom on each floor, and the six-person room doesn’t have space to unpack. You can stay overnight very cheaply, but comfort is the tradeoff.

A very cheap place for tourists, skiers, and anyone travelling without a car. There’s a kitchen and common room, showers in the hallway, and a playground outside. The room was clean, though the beds are older.
