The large garden has an artificial pond and a bridge. The house is split between the owners’ ground floor, where they live with their dog, and apartments upstairs. The owners are nice, and the apartment is heated. It’s mostly modern, with some antique furniture here and there, which is fine. In the Mezonet, the double bed and mini kitchen are upstairs. The kitchen has regular cutlery, cups, plates and a kettle, plus one electric hotplate, a frying pan and a microwave. There’s no coffee maker or flat knife. The toilet is behind the kitchen, though its door doesn’t lock. Downstairs there’s a bathroom without a toilet, and a shared room with a flat screen TV and a view of the garden.

A comfortable place on the outskirts of Humpolec, with a helpful owner. It’s 1.5 km from the center, and worked very well for our trips around the area by car.

The owner was kind, and the place felt pleasant and clean, with a lovely garden close to nature 😊

The owners were staying downstairs. Although the kitchen itself was spotless and looked like it did in the photos, the dishes were far too dirty to cook with, which was really disappointing. The shower had very little water and I had to wash in cold water. The Wi-Fi wasn’t very good either. Don’t decide based only on the pictures.
