There’s a bus stop right outside the guesthouse, and you can reach Prague’s center by train in about 20 minutes. The station is just a few minutes away on foot, and there’s parking too. The place is cozy, set in the lovely Vltava River valley. If you want decent accommodation rather than a luxury hotel, it should suit you well.

The review is really about Řež’s annual Advent event, not the Hudec guesthouse. The Christmas tree lighting takes place in front of the guesthouse, and it’s a lovely, popular event in its own right.

There’s parking in front of the guesthouse, and the train station is about a 15-minute walk away. Accommodation in Řež is inexpensive and good. I get the feeling there isn’t anywhere else to stay in the area.

Just a place to sleep, but the man there was friendly and helpful. It’s not expensive, so it works well for a stopover.
