There’s internet only in the lobby, and the breakfast is poor. Towels were old and worn, and they didn’t change them or the bed linen even during a long stay. The bathroom and shower smelled bad, apparently because there’s no ventilation. Parking in the hotel’s reserved spaces costs an exorbitant amount. The furniture inside is falling apart, like they found it in the trash, even though the hotel looks good from outside. In my opinion, it’s the worst hotel in the Czech Republic.

The spa was nice, and the food was good. The historical building is beautiful and the staff were very nice. It was cleaned well, though the interior felt a little dated and worn.

The location is perfect, and the staff are friendly. We had a great time in this place with its special atmosphere, it felt like traveling back in time. The cheapest rooms are small but comfortable. Breakfast was better than we expected, with ham, cheese, three types of egg dishes and good coffee. Reserved parking is available for 5 EUR/ day.

The bedroom should look better for a 4 stars hotel. Also, the lady behind the bar didn’t speak English, which was a big minus. I was there in February this year at breakfast, and there was a lady behind the bar. I didn’t confuse it with a similar place. My room was in a corner of the hotel; the reception is very small, and the entrance is through a tunnel rather than from the front. The front entrance also leads to reception, but the restaurant comes first.

I really enjoyed the spa. You get three level for your self, with a sauna, whirlpool, heated swimming pool and relaxation area. The decor and unique interior were lovely, and the room was warm and comfortable. WiFi wasn’t very good for video streaming.
