The waiter wasn't great at English, but stayed helpful, and the service was amazing. I loved the pork schnitzel with berry lemonade, and the warm berries with ice cream were a favorite too. Really good traditional Czech food. I'd recommend stopping for lunch or dinner after visiting the national park.

The staff were kind and attentive, and the restaurant food was superb. A wonderful place.

The service was good, but the food was awful. My tagliatelle was drowned in a sauce that tasted like powdered supermarket mix. I felt sick afterward and told them it tasted strange and I didn't like it. The waitress said that taste was normal and blamed the girolle, even though they use frozen ones and there were hardly any, maybe 0.1%. They might be good at local Czech food, but this was horrible. Never again.

We had a wonderful three days with the family and would definitely come back. The rooms were cosy, with clean, refurbished bathrooms and showers. Breakfast had an excellent selection, there was plenty of parking, and dogs were welcome. We had a great time in Česky Raj. Greetings to the whole Parkhotel team!
