I canceled our Booking reservation because I was worried my husband and I would arrive and be told there was no room. We'd booked an upgrade, then got a notice that the pension wanted to cancel, followed by this message: "Sorry pension is full." It didn't explain what that meant. When I called, the person on the phone spoke no English, and I only know basic Czech. After I canceled, I got a message in Czech that Google Translate helped me understand, and it was rather unfriendly. They knew I didn't understand the language well enough to make sense of that abuse without help. Horrible service, I wouldn't recommend it.

The beds felt kind of hard to me, and other guests were incredibly loud at 5 a.m. Most were seniors, and one man apparently couldn't find his key. Olga and her husband, the staff, were excellent and about the nicest people you could hope to meet. The people at the restaurant where we picked up the key were really nice too.

It's right in the center, clean, and friendly, with a basic but homely feel. They only take cash, and nobody speaks English, but we managed.

A cozy pension hotel, very clean, with really friendly management.

The photos make it look lovely, but the place didn't match them. The mattresses and chairs sag, it wasn't very clean, and the towels were so awful I'd be ashamed to give them to anyone. Everything feels old and worn out.
