We stayed here for a course spread over several weekends, and it was simply lovely. The food was great, everything was clean and tidy, and the facilities were enough for us. The heating ran a bit too high, but the price was good. And that “for sale” sign? It’s part of the training, so don’t let it fool you :-)

The owners are so welcoming and attentive. Even with just four guests staying that day, breakfast had a huge spread, probably the best we had. They know the area well and suggest different things to do each day.

The prices felt steep for the quality and setting. Fried cheese with fries and tartar sauce was 170 Kc, and the menu has odd combinations like pizza with cabbage and tvaruzky. The pizza itself was bland and had no smell, with frozen spinach cubes on the spinach version. Both soups, the garlic soup and Valašská kyselice, tasted alike and were more like salty water with garlic or cabbage added. If you can, give this place a wide berth.

The mattresses were terribly hard, and the place was overpriced. Getting a drink outside dinner was a problem, too. The owner’s cooking skills were on the weak side as well.
