The last morning was a letdown. Around 10 a.m., the hotel shut off the hot water, leaving it extremely cold. Our son was already waiting in the bath, and none of us could shower. At reception, they first mentioned being “eco-friendly,” then acknowledged that the boiler had been turned off. With little kids and cold weather outside, it made us sad and disappointed at the end of the trip. We were a family of four with children aged 2 and 7, staying three nights in a Superior Deluxe Room. The room was very clean and comfortable for us, and breakfast was fine. Since the website said a late check-out might be possible, we asked to stay just one extra hour, until 11 a.m. instead of 10, because the children were sleeping before our long journey to another country.

The staff were warm throughout our stay, and the delicious breakfast was a hit with my parents. I was there with my wife, our two newborns, and my parents, and everyone had a great time. The hotel arranged two cribs in our room, which made things much easier with the babies. We were also touched by the staff's personalized welcome note in Hindi. The location was perfect, and we'd happily recommend the hotel.

Breakfast was a highlight, with fresh choices including hot dishes, pastries, fruit, and good coffee. The food was replenished regularly, and the quality was excellent. Each morning started nicely that way. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and carefully kept. The bed was especially cozy, and housekeeping kept everything tidy and well stocked. The hotel had a welcoming, relaxing feel, and we really enjoyed our stay. We'd gladly come back.

The reception staff even took the time to put together a tasty breakfast bag for us to take to work, since we had to leave before breakfast started. The breakfast itself was delicious. Shopping malls and supermarkets are close by, and Karvina square is about a five-minute walk away. There are also parks, a playground, and a nice place to relax with beer nearby. A wonderful stay.
