The large breakfast and good coffee were a great start before heading to the mountains. We also enjoyed the pool, which surprised us with its size and massage features, and the morning swim was lovely. Our room and the hotel facilities met our expectations, and the staff were kind and helpful. The hotel was nice and clean. Thank you.

The place is elegant and classy, and I ate well. The meat was good quality, the cheese was tasty, and the staff were polite and efficient. We were served at the right times. The main difficulty for me as a tourist was that the waiters speak little English, which made it hard to explain myself and led to small misunderstandings.

They kindly didn’t charge us for cancelling one room at the last minute because our pregnant friend couldn’t come. Still, our three-night family-and-friends stay was disappointing overall. The room facing the town square had either fully closed dark blinds or no cover at all, so we had to choose between darkness and being visible to strangers while showering. The restaurant food was only okay, and some staff were unhelpful and almost rude. For the price, the quality didn’t match, and you can find much better accommodation in Moravia for the same cost.

We only stopped for lunch, but the food was delicious and the service was great. For the quality, the prices felt very fair, and they’re really low compared with Germany. If we get the chance to visit again someday, we’d come back for another meal.

We just wanted drinks on the terrace, but the waitress ignored us. The service was very poor, and we won’t be back.
