The staff were so friendly and helpful, always doing their best to make guests feel at ease. It made for a relaxed stay in the mountains, whether you’re there to unwind or get out and explore. Our room was comfortable and clean, with good attention to detail, well equipped, and had a lovely view of the countryside. The food was delicious too. Every dish we tried was fresh and well prepared, and there was enough choice at the restaurant to please even demanding diners. A lovely place for a break in the mountain scenery. I highly recommend it.

Our room was between the kindergarten rooms, so unfortunately we didn’t get much peace and quiet. We were unlucky with the dates, as the kindergarten was there at the same time. The accommodation itself was okay. Breakfast wasn’t especially generous, but it was fine, and there were two dinner options. The food wasn’t bad.

The hotel’s location made it possible to put together a program we’ll all remember fondly for a long time. It served as the base for a three-day school trip with two seventh-grade classes, and the staff took 100% care of us. Everything was clean, and they were extremely helpful. Class teachers Zdeňka Černá and Tereza Mokrá

I’ve been spending a few weekends a year at U ČERT for the past five years, and last weekend my wife and I held our wedding there. The atmosphere was friendly, the food delicious, and the service great. I want to thank the owner, staff, chef, and maids for the very high-quality service we received. I highly recommend it to everyone. Thanks again!

We’re glad we came, and would happily return. Hacienda ČERT is a clear choice for a friendly family holiday, and its location is a great starting point for trips, close to everything. The price for what you get is unique, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Breakfast was very good, with something different each morning. Dinner was home-cooked, and I haven’t had such a good hotel dinner in a long time. There was plenty of food, and we never went hungry. I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to give them credit.
