Communication with the owner was good, but I never expected him to let us stay in an environment like that. I would have been embarrassed. We were there with the kids for the races and had paid in advance, so we were stuck with it. The rooms smelled of smoke, and we were told about 14 workers had slept there before us. Even with the windows open, airing the place out was difficult. I had to wash everything I touched in the kitchen because it was greasy and a mess. Cheap, okay, but cheap doesn't always mean good. We're definitely not coming back. :(

The beds are really soft 😄. My room had a shower and looked out onto the courtyard. There are also rooms facing the main street, with a shared shower. The kitchen is equipped.

The kitchen had an extreme smell, and the rooms were dirty. It was noisy, with dirty Ukrainians.

The equipment let us down. Once we’d checked in, we had to buy at least a few cups so we’d have something to drink from. It was a cheap guesthouse, and the stay matched that.

I’m referring to my communication report with the director of the HU guesthouse. Mr. Popelka, Yesterday you properly collected 1,000 CZK from me for accommodation from 28.12.2024-30.12.2024, then deliberately prevented me from using the services I’d paid for. In doing so, you committed a misdemeanor. This relates to your criminal conduct in robbing me of 1,000 CZK yesterday. This was not an isolated incident. You prevented me from accessing the properly fenced room No. 7 and did not extend it at all, deliberately leaving me unable to enter the room. That is indisputable. Your actions show gross antisocial behavior with sadistic features. The investigation found that, at your instigation, your cleaning ladies enter rooms occupied by clients and steal the contents of their personal belongings without their knowledge. This happened yesterday at approximately 3:00 p.m., and to another client in the same block. I ask you for the last time to return the money you stole from me immediately!!! and stop your monstrous actions. Mgr. Jan Skoupil
