Everything you might need to get your holiday started is in the welcome pack, and the accommodation itself is cozy, beautiful, and clean. The equipment is new, practical, tidy, and tasteful. With everything close by, your dream summer or winter holiday can begin.

The owners are wonderful and easy to come to an agreement with. The apartment was better than a hotel for our two families of four, with no problems at all. It's large, cozy, clean, and fragrant, with four bedrooms and a big bathroom. Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a four-burner hob, a regular oven for baking, and a table for eight all added to the comfort for two families or one bigger family. I RECOMMEND VISIT!

Home Lipno 1 is a clean, very modern apartment a few dozen meters from the shore of the Lipno Reservoir. The apartment has several guest bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen for everyday use with a dishwasher, a large bathroom with a stylish bathtub, and a living room with a smart TV and a big sofa, all connected by a hallway. There's plenty to do nearby throughout the year. In summer, you can head to the water or go walking and cycling in the surrounding forests. The Treetop Lookout is a short distance away. In winter, there are nearby ski slopes. I really enjoyed my stay. Home Lipno 1 is a great choice for modern, comfortable accommodation in one of the most attractive parts of South Bohemia, and I can only recommend it.

The area is beautiful, with cycle paths, water sports and an indoor pool nearby. Parking is right at the accommodation. We stayed in a modern, spacious apartment with dependable internet, a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom.
