The owners are really kind, and we’ll definitely come back. Thanks! The small apartments have little or no separate bedroom, but they come with amenities and are great value for a family of four. PS: Winter skiing is pricey, but great for families. If you have little ones, try the cheaper option in Frymburk.

The owner lives in the guesthouse and was so helpful, from pointing us to a great bakery and good-value restaurants to suggesting lovely places to visit that we might not have found ourselves. The location is right by Lipno Dam, with shops and activities close by. Our room was roomy and cozy, the bathroom was clean, and the kitchenette had everything needed to cook, including a small fridge. We stayed with our 7-month-old, and it was very baby friendly. A cot was available to borrow, though we all slept together in the double bed. We’d happily come back, and I highly recommend it 💕

The landlady was lovely and full of helpful suggestions for places to eat. There’s a grill, places to sit, and a playground in the garden, too. The house has three separate apartments, each with a kitchen and bathroom, all really nicely equipped. It’s right in Lipno, so the main sights are an easy walk or bike ride away. Absolutely great!

We had no complaints apart from communication being a bit tricky if you don’t speak Czech. The landlady was genuinely friendly and helpful, and special requests were taken care of quickly. The apartments were spotless and very well equipped. It’s a peaceful spot, yet still close to the lake, and worked really well for a relaxing family holiday.

The rooms were clean and the landlady very friendly. It’s quiet, with shops about 400 meters away. One thing to know: there are no egg cups, so bring your own.
