Camping Frymburk

There are nice cycling routes around the lake, and the campsite itself is lovely, with really large pitches. The bathrooms were nice too, and showers cost 10 kč. Staff were helpful and spoke English.

A lovely campsite by the lakeshore, with great facilities. Everyone we dealt with at reception and the Bistro was very friendly. We’ll definitely come back and recommend it.

My family and I have been coming to Lipno/Camping Frymburk for about 20 years. It feels like our second home, and every year we look forward to spending a four-day weekend by the lake, sometimes with extra family members. We’ve visited in May or June and also in September. June brings the excitement of summer ahead, while September has that romantic Indian summer feel and gives us one last holiday to look forward to. We love paddling, and the wide expanse of Lake Lipno gives us endless ways to explore. The campsite is very family friendly too, with several playgrounds for everyone to enjoy. The natural beauty, the quiet, our hosts’ service and friendliness, and the comfort and cleanliness of the mobile homes are all wonderful. Most of all, that family time together is priceless. The only way to make it better would be to visit twice a year instead of once. :) Anyone who comes to Camping Frymburk will want to return, there’s no going back. ;)

The village is just 1 km away, with lovely shops and restaurants, and there’s a restaurant at the camp too. You can order bread, and kids have entertainment and families plenty of peace and quiet. The lake is beautiful for swimming, paddling, and more. Everything was super clean, and the staff were very nice. I recommend this place!
