The little living room area is beautiful, and it really won me over. Penzion Tasner is a cozy, small guesthouse about 1 km from Litomysl castle and the town square. The rooms and toilets were clean, and the Wi-Fi was fast and available around the clock. The kitchen has nearly every utensil you’d need for cooking. The owner doesn’t speak much English, but he makes an effort and basic conversation is possible. There aren’t any supermarkets nearby, so pick up what you need at the market in Town square. Highly recommended.

The white burčák was fabulous, and I took two liters home over the weekend. I visited Mr. Jan Tašner's wine bar on the square in Litomyšl last week and got a lovely welcome from two smiling sommeliers behind the counter. The staff an owner chooses really matters. Congratulations, I’ll definitely stop by again.

A short distance from the city centre, with large, clean rooms and a kitchen and sitting area available. There’s free parking at the guesthouse too.

It’s lovely how spacious the rooms are, and dogs are welcome. The kitchenette makes it easy to heat food or store things in the fridge, so it feels just like home. This is a wonderful guesthouse in a quiet part of Litomyšl, and the downstairs common room is beautiful.

The guesthouse was even nicer than we expected, with clean, pleasant rooms and a kitchenette that has all the equipment. You can sit in the yard or have a glass of wine from the wine shop, which the friendly owner also runs. It’s a short walk to the centre.
