The location is nice, and the room was okay. Breakfast was very poor, with no vegetables, fruit, or water. They also didn't return my ID on time, so we had to travel three extra hours on top of an already long trip. I'm very dissatisfied.

I booked Hotel Union in advance for a Prague visit and paid 330.6 EUR. I meant to stay at another Hotel Union in Prague 2, in the city center, but this one is 55 km away. I told them I wouldn't be coming because I'd booked the wrong hotel due to the same name, yet they kept the money and refused to refund it. Getting to their location would have cost me 2000 CZH, and they wouldn't even agree to charge a fair amount for one night. I think at least a partial refund would have been fair. Travelers unfamiliar with the area shouldn't have to lose 330 EUR over this kind of mistake. Is the same name being used on purpose? Dear owners, is this the kind of service you'd want to receive while traveling abroad?

A little dated, but it does the job as a hotel.
