The owner was lovely and very willing to help us plan outings and make the most of our holiday. It’s a beautiful spot, with nice accommodation. I’d definitely recommend it.

We came back for a second stay and had another great time. I especially enjoy the privacy and the outdoor fireplace with seating, plus the homemade smokehouse. Sitting quietly with špekáčky while the Bílá Opava River murmurs nearby is hard to beat. The cottage is clean and pleasant, and the price is great. The owner is very kind and helpful, and a cot is available if you book it with them in advance. Getting to the cottage with a stroller is very difficult, though you can leave it in the car trunk in the reserved guest parking right below.

We’ve stayed here three times and have been happy on every visit. Each time we had the same apartment, which was clean and roomy, with simple, attractive furnishings, a kitchenette and a lovely bathroom. It’s a very quiet guesthouse, just a few minutes’ walk from Stonožka guesthouse, where the food is pretty good. Ludvíkov is also a handy base for getting around.

We liked our stay. It was a lovely area and close enough to get out on trips in different directions. The owner was helpful with suggestions, but also left us to ourselves throughout. Parking space was more limited than we expected.
