We stayed in a Komfort room, which had a TV, minibar, Wi-Fi and hairdryer, plus a clean bathroom with a comfortable bathtub. The hotel itself is beautiful, and I especially enjoyed the pool. Even on Saturday evening it wasn't very busy. The reception staff were kind and professional, and the ladies explained everything we needed to know. Parking worked out fine: we stopped outside to unload, had lunch, then moved the car to the hotel parking. The receptionist gave us clear directions to the spot.

The pool has a lovely view, and I really liked the roof window and the sight of the beautiful building from inside. The spa area is fantastic, the service is friendly and polite, and every crown feels well spent.

The terrace service was excellent, and the food and drinks were lovely. It's a very nice place. Make sure to swim in the lake uptown!

The location is the best part. Staff were friendly, the breakfast and dinners were tasty, and the sauna room has been improved. Everything was just right.
