We had a very bad experience and, after two years, still wouldn’t stay here again. The blonde receptionist was unpleasant. Our room was dusty, the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed, and during our four-day stay it was never cleaned. The trash wasn’t taken out, and neither was the hand towel. Breakfast cost 140/day/person, which seemed like a lot for one breakfast. The room had no equipment apart from a fridge with a freezer compartment. Since the freezer had no door, the things we put in the fridge door froze. There was only one roll of toilet paper in the room, so we had to ask reception for more. Never again.

The warm, friendly service made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. The owner was very nice, and the staff were helpful, smiling, and friendly. We felt really comfortable here and would definitely return if we get the chance. I highly recommend it.

Breakfast was a total scam, 140 CZK/person for 3 parks???!!!! The older man at reception was unpleasant and arrogant, and tried to deceive us. Never again.

We came back after about 13 years and were just as happy with our stay. We’d gladly return next year. The pension is a short distance from the center of Luhačovice, with spacious, clean rooms, friendly staff and owner, and a great breakfast. Covered parking is available too.
