B&B Villa Hotel

We stayed here for a May weekend in Mariánské Lázně and were completely happy with it. The hotel was spacious and very clean, and everything seemed to run smoothly. Breakfast was great, and the staff were helpful. Thanks!

The guesthouse has an elevator, which is handy if your room is on the top floor. Rooms have their own bathrooms and toilets, and some come with a balcony. They were nice, and breakfast was great. It may be the cheapest place to stay with breakfast in Marianky.

The location was really good, and the room itself was about what you'd expect from a three-star hotel. My boyfriend and I received the stay as a gift through Slevomat. The breakfast buffet was average, and since we were the only ones there, it was quiet. The room had two single beds pushed together instead of one double, so the mattresses kept sliding apart. Parking caused the biggest problem. There was an uphill arrow a few metres before the accommodation pointing to the hotel's parking area, but it was completely unmaintained. Even with our fairly large, powerful car, we couldn't get out through the snow and ice. A local man lent us a shovel; without it, we might not have made it out and could have hit the fence, as someone reportedly had before us. A hotel employee said the city had refused to grit the parking area, but in that case the owners should take care of it. We ended up having to park in a no-stopping zone, and the employee told us by phone she'd cover any fines. If we'd paid for the stay ourselves, we probably would have rated it lower.

It's incredibly peaceful here. This is a self-service hotel, with no reception, and some rooms are being renovated. For the price, it feels incredibly luxurious, like somewhere out of a fairy tale. We'll definitely return.
