The location is good, and the price is reasonable for a place where you can get a good night's sleep. The 1980s furniture has its own unwanted charm, too. What spoiled it for us was the person who checked us in: he was very unpleasant and, among other things, wouldn't admit that the guesthouse had parking. Because of that, I'll stay elsewhere next time. Such a shame.
From the room you can see Mikulov Castle, and there's a large shower. The room itself is beautiful, with new furniture and a castle-room look, and breakfast was good. The owners were very nice. The only downside was cars driving beneath the windows from the morning; Mikulov should consider quiet asphalt. Olivetská hora is nearby and makes a perfect spot for an early evening picnic. I recommend it.
A good bottle of wine in a welcome carafe was a nice touch. The guesthouse is clean and well located, with a reasonable price. There are only a few parking spots in the yard, so it's best to reserve one in advance.
The photos are very far from what it's actually like.
There's a bit of a musty smell.
